Galieti carries out free standard shipping in Italy, San Marino and Vatican City, by courier Bartolini.
Shipments by appointment provide for a surcharge of € 5.
Galieti delivers all over the world via international couriers GLS, UPS, TNT according to destinazione.Le international shipping provide a differentiated cost based on location and the type of expedition. The eligible countries and its shipping cost is calculated directly during the purchase phase.
NB: As required by the rules of the trade, all Galieti shipments are accompanied by an official invoice declaring the value of the individual items in Euro. For items on sale invoice shows the discounted amounts.
DELIVERY TIMES IN ITALY
The estimated time for delivery from the shipping date are shown below.
FOR ARTICLES AVAILABLE: Items already available in stock are delivered in Italian territory in 1-2 working days (Monday-Friday) from the date of actual payment of the order. During the period sales or promotions shipments may take longer.
FOR THE ITEMS NOT AVAILABLE: Most of the items are ready for delivery. If you would happen the sale of an article not immediately available we need a few days time (4-5 days) to retrieve the goods from our secondary warehouses and then proceed with the shipment.
ARTICLES IN PRE-ORDER: Items in PRE_ORDINE, paid at the time the order will be shipped as soon as available in stock.
DELIVERY TIME ABROAD
The estimated time for international shipments are shown below.
EUROPE: up to 5 days to major cities and up to 10 days for secondary destinations
US & Canada: 10-20 days
LATIN AMERICA: 15-25 days
ASIA AND THE MIDDLE EAST: 12-18 days
AUSTRALIA AND OCEANIA: 20-30 days
AFRICA: 15-25 days
NB: Galieti not be held liable for any delays due to customs operations and controls, or to force majeure beyond its control. We wish to remind new customers who Galieti can take to the bank or Paypal to verify the purchase transaction, even contacting the counterparty bank. This check may cause some delay in the shipment of goods.
For all types of shipments, customers will receive an email from Galieti with the tracking number to monitor the progress of the shipment on the carrier's website. It 'possible that the tracking number is not immediately viewable on the website of the courier delays due to the updating of the carrier systems. In this case please try again after a few hours.
In case of delays due to customs offices, customers will be contacted directly by courier or by Galieti.
DELIVERY OF GOODS
Upon arrival of the goods the customers are requested to carefully inspect the package before affixing the signature proof of delivery of the shipment. The Galieti packages are carefully packed in a transparent plastic wrap with tape, placed around the box and fitted with a paper warranty device that will not be riimosso if the goods were to be made.
If for any reason the package appeared tampered with or if the tape does not prove intact, clients are asked to sign the receipt with reservation, or to refuse delivery. In the event that the box has been signed for with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence of tampering of the package, customers are asked to immediately report the incident to the carrier and contact Galieti at firstname.lastname@example.org.
All customers who place an order establish a business relationship with Galieti.eu and therefore undertake to accept delivery of your package. If the parcel is not delivered to employees causes of customer (wrong address, the recipient always absent, incorrect number of telephone, etc.) Or if the customer refuses delivery, the shipping charges and any dognali charges will be deducted from the refund due to the client. The Galieti shipments are insured against theft and accidental damage for free. Once the consignment arrives at destination insurance it loses its validity.
